By accessing or using the BrightFuture School of Excellence website ("Website") or submitting an admission application, you ("User", "Parent/Guardian", "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately. These Terms apply to: • Prospective and enrolled students and their parents/guardians • Website visitors browsing school information • Staff members accessing school systems • Any other individual or organisation interacting with our services

2.1 Eligibility Admission is open to students meeting the age criteria prescribed by CBSE / CISCE and the school's admission policy. The school reserves the right to verify all documents submitted and to withdraw admission if any information is found to be false or misleading. 2.2 Application Submission of an online application form does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only upon: • Completion of all documentation • Payment of the registration fee (non-refundable) • Written confirmation from the school's Admissions Office 2.3 Reservation Seats are reserved as per the RTE Act, 2009 and applicable State Government norms. The school does not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, or disability. 2.4 Withdrawal of Admission Confirmed admission may be withdrawn by the school in cases of: • Submission of forged / false documents • Outstanding dues beyond the grace period • Serious disciplinary violations as defined in the Student Handbook

3.1 Fee Structure Fees are revised annually and published in the school's Fee Structure document. Once a student is enrolled, the annual fee structure applicable to that session shall remain fixed. 3.2 Payment Schedule Fees must be paid quarterly as per the published Payment Schedule. Payments are accepted via: • Net banking / NEFT / RTGS • UPI (School's registered UPI ID) • Demand Draft payable to "BrightFuture School of Excellence" • Online payment gateway on the school website (secured by SSL) 3.3 Late Payment A late fee of ₹500 per month will be charged for payments made after the due date. Continued non-payment for more than 60 days may result in suspension of access to school systems and, thereafter, removal from rolls. 3.4 Refund Policy • Registration fee: non-refundable under all circumstances • Caution deposit: fully refundable at the time of school leaving, subject to deductions for outstanding dues or damages • Tuition fee paid for a term: refundable on a pro-rata basis only if the student withdraws within the first 15 days of the term; no refund thereafter 3.5 Fee Revision The school may revise fees with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice communicated via the school app, email, and notice board.

4.1 Students All students must adhere to the school's Student Handbook. Key obligations include: • Maintaining respectful behaviour towards staff, peers, and school property • Wearing the prescribed uniform on all school days • Abstaining from ragging, bullying, substance abuse, and any form of harassment • Maintaining academic honesty — plagiarism and cheating will result in disciplinary action 4.2 Parents / Guardians Parents are expected to: • Treat all school staff with courtesy and respect • Not enter classrooms or approach teachers during school hours without prior appointment • Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) as scheduled • Report disputes or grievances through the official channels (principal@brightfutureschool.edu.in) • Refrain from sharing confidential information about other students or families on social media 4.3 Online / Digital Conduct Use of the school's digital platforms (website, parent portal, LMS) is subject to acceptable use: • Do not attempt to access data or accounts belonging to others • Do not upload, share, or transmit defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content • Do not use school systems for commercial solicitation

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, videos, curricula, worksheets, and documents — is the intellectual property of BrightFuture School of Excellence or its licensed providers, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and related laws. You may: • Download documents for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., completing admission forms) • Print content for record-keeping purposes You may NOT: • Reproduce, redistribute, or publish school content on any platform without prior written permission • Use the school's name, logo, or branding for commercial purposes • Create derivative works based on school materials without consent

The Website and all content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose • Uninterrupted, error-free operation • Freedom from viruses or other harmful components The school makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not guarantee that all content is up-to-date. For critical matters (fees, dates, policies), please confirm with the Admissions Office directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrightFuture School of Excellence, its trustees, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from reliance on Website content Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Website is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of the Website and submission of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, mapping services, Google Workspace for Education). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices and encourage you to review their terms before using those services. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

10.1 Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on a "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.2 Termination of Access We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or school systems without notice if you: • Violate these Terms • Engage in conduct that harms the school community • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through: 1. Direct communication with the school's Principal or Management 2. Mediation (if agreed by both parties) The time limit for raising disputes is limited to 12 months from the underlying cause of action.
